The
Education Department :
.....All
the efforts and time of 'Manoyoga' that used to be utilized
for education and its extension programme shrunk to the
running from offices to offices and from officers
to officers. As in early years, the same type of colossal
waste of constructive human endeavor continued.
The Government :
.....In January '92 'Manoyoga' again reminded the Minister of
Education Secretary 'Manoyoga' also met Adhyaksha Vidhan
Sabha who sent our request along with the enclosures to the
Minister of Education and endorsed a copy to Manoyoga. But
there was no response from the government. The same was the
fate of the request
sent to the government later on also.
Before The High Court :
.....With
no option left, though another contempt petition 2187
of 1994 for non-compliance of order dated 13.5.1994 in the
writ petition number 1244 of 1994 was filed in the High
Court, but tired and exhausted, Manoyoga workers decided not
to go again to the campus of the High Court, the State
Legislatures, the State Government Secretariat and its
subordinate Directorates and offices, from where timely and
effective justice could not be obtained
The Linguistic Minorities Commission :
.....The S.M.B-s are very well aware that the constitutional
safeguards for the Linguistic Minorities should be used only
to the extent that they do not harm the unity fabric of the
nation and develop fissiparous tendencies, but the way the
S.M.B-s are being left uncared for and unheard and there-by
kept out of the main stream of the nation, they may turn in
to a separate stream ending in a Nakhalistan of their own.
....Linguistic Minorities Commissions report is awaiting the deliberation
for the last ten years.
Petition before the Legislative Assembly :
.... After some times the Legislative Assembly was dissolved
and nothing came out of the petition.
Identification - Teaching - Training and Extension :
.....To show to the well educated people without any
background of Sanskrit, their inherent knowledge of
Sanskrit, a measurement of 'Self-Assessment System" was
designed and developed. This system gave instant knowledge
of Sanskrit to Doctors, Engineers, Advocates and Scientists
etc. To these groups the practical and utilitarian form of
simple Sanskrit became clear and they felt attraction
towards it.
......The purpose of Pre-Training Self - Assessment –Test-Session was to
know the level of the knowledge of the participants about
the language so that the training should begin after
removing their deficiency and faults. It was also envisaged
that as pupil teachers will themselves come prepared on the
subject, the time of the training will be utilised more
fruithfully.
