Challenge
FOR ERADICATION
OF ILLITERACY
Only
criticizing the government, its administrative system,
financial policies, style of functioning or execution of
schemes or talking about Ghotalas, Boforses or Tahelkas of
different departments along with Education, is not going to
achieve the goal of Basic Education to all, including
SMB-s.And also, putting forward a theory for eradication of
poverty-or for that purpose illiteracy-but not accepting the
offer to take charge and practically execute it and show
results, is an exercise in mental luxury. Inspite of the
fact that some Asian countries, during the last fifty years
have successfully achieved a much higher percentage of
literacy than ours, we are continuously depending heavily on
World Bank loan.
So
instead of commenting adversely about any system,
organization, government, political party or individual, I
Jitendra Kumar Tripathi, secretary Manoyoga, along with my
